Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products.

  • Products must be reported for return within 3–7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized furniture or interior work

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse

  • Items without original invoice or proof of purchase


Return Process

  1. Contact us within the return period with your order details.

  2. Our team will inspect the issue and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once approved, the product must be returned in original condition.

  4. After inspection, replacement or resolution will be processed.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.


Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or delivery damage.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
